Agreement to Terms

Where you have made a purchase from Brenlique, termination of your account does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or other rights relating to an existing order.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the country where you reside.
Where required by applicable law, consumers may have the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
